I am a Consultant Radiologist at Ashford and St Peter's Hospital NHS Trust. I trained at St George's Hospital in London qualifying in 1976.
Before I took up my consultant post, I trained in various London teaching hospitals including the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital, the Royal Marsden Hospital and Atkinso Morley's Hospital. I became very interested in CT (Computed Tomography) scanning, and was appointed Senior Lecturer in CT scanning at the Royal Marsden Hospital in 1983. This gave me invaluable experince of cancer imaging.
